Untamed

The current configuration of Untamed, formed in July of 2006. Since then, we have had a blast singing and laughing together, while occasionally entertaining others as well. We come from the four corners of the Bay, with Connie, tenor, in Vacaville, lead, Joy, in San Jose, Bari, Mary Dean Heil, in Walnut Creek, and bass, Donna Yearwood, in Half Moon Bay. Despite the challenges of getting together, we have enjoyed singing for a private Halloween party, Diablo Vista's show and afterglow, at the Novice quartet parade, and of course, in the lobby at various AIM weekends. Amidst all the fun, Joy recently had rotator cuff surgery and Connie, with a ruptured disk in her back still awaits surgery. We considered changing our name to the "the Maimed," but decided against it in hopes that we will continue to have a wild time singing and entertaining around the Region. |
