Pacific Empire Chorus Wins at Region 12 Competition in Reno!
Petaluma, CA — The Pacific Empire Chorus (PEC) is thrilled to announce their exciting win at the Region 12 competition held in Reno, NV on May 3rd, 2025. Under the direction of Patty Pennycook, the 36-member chorus brought passion and precision to the stage—earning first place in both the mid-size division and overall chorus competition.
This marks the 11th Regional Championship in Pacific Empire’s 60-year history—a record the chorus is incredibly proud of. With this latest win, PEC has qualified to compete on the international stage at the Sweet Adelines International Competition in Columbus, Ohio, October 26–31, 2026.
